1. Ownership of Content & Brand Assets

All content on this Site is the exclusive property of Anatomy Apparel™ and is protected by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws of the United States and applicable international law.

This includes but is not limited to all text, graphics, logos, images, product designs, garment layouts, digital assets, and any other content associated with the Anatomy Apparel™ brand.

2. Protected Marks

The following marks, designs, and identifiers are the exclusive intellectual property of Anatomy Apparel LLC, protected by trademark, copyright, and trade dress law:

• The Anatomy Apparel™ name and brand identity
• The Anatomy Apparel™ lion crest design
• The lion head emblem incorporating a Christian cross
• The circular embroidered crest featuring "PHIL. 2:5"
• The phrase "Let This Mind Be In You."
• The slogan "Rooted in Faith. Inspired by Christ."
• The slogan "Wear Your Faith."
• All related logos, artwork, patch configurations, garment layouts, typography, and branding elements

Certain marks may be registered and/or pending registration with the United States Patent and Trademark Office.

3. Prohibited Uses

You may not, without prior written permission from Anatomy Apparel LLC:

• Reproduce, copy, modify, digitize, or distribute our designs or brand assets
• Manufacture patches, apparel, or merchandise bearing substantially similar designs
• Use our slogans, phrases, or crest artwork for any commercial purpose
• Register domain names, social media handles, or trademarks incorporating our protected marks
• Create derivative works based on our brand identity, logo design, or proprietary artwork
• Use our brand name or marks in any way that suggests affiliation, endorsement, or sponsorship without authorization

4. Purchase Does Not Grant License

Purchase of Anatomy Apparel™ products does not grant any license, ownership rights, or authorization to use our intellectual property in any commercial context.

Customers are permitted to wear, gift, and resell individual purchased items for personal use. Any commercial reproduction, redistribution, or use of our brand identity requires prior written consent from Anatomy Apparel LLC.

5. Enforcement

Anatomy Apparel LLC reserves all rights to enforce its trademarks, copyrights, and intellectual property interests to the fullest extent permitted by law.

We actively monitor for infringement and will take appropriate legal action against unauthorized use of our brand, designs, or protected marks.
